OH MY I can’t stop eating it.
I’ve always shied away from kale RUMORS :) but today I stepped out of my comfort zone and made this wonderful salad.
I didn’t have goat cheese, feta worked fine.
It’ll be coming to family gatherings for sure.

This was my first time making this recipe and it was great. I was never big kale eater because it always had that bitter taste. After following the direction how to prepare the kale , now I will say I love kale. I serve with salad with T- Bone steak and. Garlic cream potatoes.
