Hi Elizabeth! We cook with tofu often and this recipe is great! I did substitute the Gochujang sauce for Sweet Chili Sauce and added a little Sriracha for some spice. But have made it a couple times and it is one of my favorites for an Asian flair meal. Will also do some grilled veggies to have with it.
