Hi! Yes, I think that would work well. Also if the glaze seems thin right as you take it out of the oven, keep in mind it will thicken a bit as it cools. Hope you like it!

Hello! These sound great and will be making them for Christmas dinner. Do you think if I remove the cover for the last 15 mins, that the potatoes would get a bit of color and the glaze thicken a bit more? Thanks for your thoughts!

This recipe was the absolute star of my dinner. My son asked me to stick the recipe to his forehead so he would never lose it!! Both my hubby and son said these were the best sweet potatoes they had ever eaten!!
