This is such a great recipe collection! I love how easy it is to search by ingredients or specific techniques. The variety of categories makes it simple to find exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks for offering to take suggestions too! It’s great to know new ideas can be added.

Hi Elizabeth! Just stumbled across your blog, gluten-free! grain-free!! I’m going to be busy tonight!!!
I love the way you’ve written out the recipes, no more back and forth for amounts of ingredients, you’re a genius!! (why doesn’t everyone do that?!)

This sounds delicious! I don’t have a specific recipe for a “Mediterranean Bowl” like this but I’m going to add this to my recipe idea list for sure. In the meantime, try this orzo salad. I make it ALL the time. You can add some grilled chicken on top of it! (Mediterranean Chickpea and Orzo Salad)

I just had a frozen “Mediterranean” bowl from Aldi. It had chicken, red/yellow peppers, chick peas, spinach orzo and was quite tasty. Would love to make something like this at home. Would you have any “bowl” recipes similar to this?

I would like to know if you have a recipe for from scratch homemade butterscotch pudding. My grandmother used to make it, and it was so good, but I never got her recipe and she has been deceased for 56 years so I can’t ask her. I would appreciate it so much if you can help me out with my delemia.

YOU are my new “go to” when I am in the kitchen. My last venture was the Pumpkin/Oatmeal cake like cookie with dark choc bits and dried cranberries. Excellent treat and all I shared with had the same sentiment. I referred you to my niece who is a young Mother. She lives to cook and I believe you will be a great mentor to her.
