This was my second time making cranberry sauce. I decided I never wanted to do it again after the first time. This recipe was SUPER easy and the result is delicious! I simmered it a bit longer than the recipe called for and omitted the cinnamon because I don’t care for it. I also added more cranberries because I like it really chunky. The orange juice does something wonderful to the flavor profile! I think I’m going to freeze some of it so I can have it for special meals during other times of the year.
