I’ve been making this recipe for about 4 years now and it’s a huuuuge crowd pleaser.
I’ve also made this recipe with red enchilada sauce (my fav) and corn tortillas for my gluten-free husband, and they’re still incredible, even though they are unbeatable with flour tortillas!
For corn tortillas, I usually par-bake the tortillas in a 350 degree oven for 6ish minutes to soften then before rolling to prevent breakage.
