So glad you liked it! And I really appreciate that feedback about the timing! I’ll admit, I do sometimes get the timing off, especially for prep time since it varies so much between the individual (and those frustrations have definitely been expressed to me in the past, hah!), but I do try and be as honest and accurate as possible about it.

Absolutely delicious! I had a zucchini and delicata squash I needed to use, along with some salmon, so I decided to search for a recipe that used both. I didn’t think I’d find anything, but your recipe popped up, and I’m so glad it did! SUCH an easy meal, but still incredibly good.

I also really appreciate that it was ACTUALLY a 30 minute or less meal — like, 95% of the recipes I find online that promise to be quick 20-30 minute meals end up taking me an hour or more. I got all the prep done in 10 minutes (and someone more skilled with a knife could get it done in 5, I’m sure) and it took exactly 20 minutes to cook. It tasted so good that I would have saved the recipe, regardless, but the fact that you were honest about cooking time was enough for me to bookmark this website for future use. Thank you!

Hm, I probably wouldn’t do this. You can definitely prep everything on the sheet pan the night before, but since it doesn’t take too long to cook, I would cook it right before serving. Hope that helps – love the idea of making this for Thanksgiving!

Can you cook this recipe the night before then pull it out of the fridge the next day and serve at room temperature? I would use Asparagus as the veggie. Just thinking ahead to Thanksgiving.
