I tried this for dinner tonight, and WOW!! This came together so easily, and it has the perfect amount of lemon and herbs to go with all the spring vegetables! Perfect with the orzo! Overall with the dressing it had almost a creaminess to it which I loved. This one will definitely be going into the rotation of recipes I have on repeat!
