My husband and I made these for our freezer when we were expecting our baby. I added some bell peppers, he added some meat, and both were a huge hit for postpartum life. I think we made some with scrambled egg too?? They were quick, DELICIOUS, and the perfect thing to grab any time of day that would be ready in minutes. Absolute perfection for life with a newborn! A coworker’s daughter was having her second baby, and she mentioned wanting to stock their freezer for them to help out. I recommended these burritos, and she added them to her cooking list (along with their family favorites). She came in the next week and said she’d had a special request to re-up their burrito stash as soon as possible, and thanked me for sharing this simple recipe with her! Speaking of which, I think I need to add these ingredients to my grocery list so I can make them again soon. Thank you!
