Oh, and make sure it’s in an airtight bag when you freeze it and squeeze as much air out as possible to prevent freezerburn.

I’ve frozen the dough before! Just take it out and let it thaw completely before using. 24 hours in the fridge or a couple hours on the counter.

This pizza dough is SO easy and SO delicious. I’ve made it 4 times in the last 2 months. My husband was skeptical when he saw me using whole wheat flour but he agrees it doesn’t taste “healthy” at all. Seriously it’s better than any store bought pizza dough I’ve ever had and it cooks perfectly and has a great texture every time.
