Just made it, with 500g of 5% lean ground pork ham. Used sugar free teryaki from Seal sama (it’s really amazing) in the sauce mixture instead of soy sayce, and marinated the meat with a mixture of 25g of soy souce, 5 gram of cornstarch and 3g of msg prior to cooking. Mixture like that really boosts the flavor and texture of lean ground meat, highly recommend! Followed the rest of recipe as it is.
It came out really damn good :)
Sadly it’s only two portions for me ;)
I don’t think there’s a wok big enough to double the recipe:)

Anyway, again thanks for the recipe. It will sure stay in my rotation, just like your curried chicken salad i make every single week :)

This was SO easy and SO delicious!

I used ground turkey, and due to supply chain issues at my local grocer, had to use 1 tsp each of ground garlic, onion, and ginger. You know what! It didn’t matter.

Definitely putting this into the rotation!
